At first I was shocked that the employee didn't wear gloves when making the sandwiches like required in the USA.. he did his wash hands and that's OK with me. I worked in the restaurant industry for many years and I know it's ok to use bare hands making sure it's very clean. Here, the requirements are different and no problem! My wife loves the ham kass sandwich and I'm vegan so I ordered the vegan sandwich again, it's not an issue with me about cross contamination. They serve both vegetarian and meat products so it's expected. I make no fuss for a delicious sandwich 😋 thank you guys at Q8 and Panos! And it's only 5 minutes away from home by bicycle! I'll Be Back 😁 Hasta La Vista!
