홍콩반점 생겼단 소식에 설렘을 안고 월요일 저녁에 갔는데 짬뽕밥 탕수육 시켜먹었다. 음식은 그냥저냥..짬뽕국물 정도만 괜찮았다..이거 먹으러 암스테르담 온 이유를 무색하게 만들었다. 남직원은 친절했는데 8/25 월요일 저녁에 키 작은 금발 뽀글머리 여자 서버 꽤 무례했다. 음식 나오면 웅얼웅얼 거리며 인조이. 하고 주고 훽 가는데 폐장하기 한시간 전에 가서 다른 테이블 거의 없고 총 두팀 정도 남아있었다. 다른 팀에서 포크라도 달라 물어본 건지 갑자기 우리 테이블 와서 실례한다나 아무 이야기 없이 테이블 밑 서랍을 확 열어제끼고 수저 뒤적거리더니 그 사람들한테 없다고 하곤 또 휙 가버리는 황당한 서비스를 보여줬다. 바쁜 거면 이해라도 하는데 마감 직전이라 손님이 없는데 왜 저리 행동하는지 이해가 안 가고 홍콩반점 이름 걸고 할 거면 한국인 매니저라도 둬서 제대로 직원 교육 잘 시키시길 바라요. 아쉬워서 후기 씁니다

Not as good as back in Korea. I think I had high expectations, as I had this back in Seoul last year. Some dishes were good and some were... disappointing. I would say the noodles are a bit too thick and not the right texture. If they can fix this issue the Jjajangmyun would be better. The Jjamppong was good, but you have to order it with rice. Last but not least... Tangsuyook... was just the wrong texture. There was no crunch to the outer fried batter and over all too chewy. I was really looking forward to this dish and the sauce was good... but it felt like it could have been fried better. 아쉬운대로 먹었지만, 너무 기대하고 가서 실망이 크네요. 짬뽕밥은 맛있고 짜장소스도 괜찮은데 국수가 많이 아쉬워요. 탕수육 비주얼은 좋은데 튀김옷 눅눅해서 식감이 아쉽네요. 다음에 더 맛있으려나... ㅜㅠ
