Levendig klein restaurant met kleine tafels en een mooi aanbod aan verse pastas. Vooraf telefonisch reserveren zeer aanbevolen. Restaurant heeft een vlotte assertieve bediening en een zeer snelle doorlooptijd; pasta staat binnen enkele minuten op tafel. Dit is niet een restaurant waar je een paar uur rustig gaat zitten tafelen. Wijnkaart bestaat uit een mand met flessen die aan de tafel wordt geserveerd; op iedere fles staat de prijs per glas en per fles. Er werd kundig advies gegeven welke wijn het best paste bij welke pasta. Wijn was uitstekend en het eten erg smaakvol. Affogato als dessert is een aanrader.

(26-08-2025 Utrechtsedwarsstraat Amsterdam) Echt nog nooit zo'n lekkere mozzarella gegeten!! Daarna een perfecte tagliatelle met zwarte truffel, mijn god wat een genot!! Wel reserveren!!!!! Gewild restaurant!!

Wir haben reserviert und das würde ich auch empfehlen. Der Service war extrem nett und das Essen kam sehr schnell, beide Pasta Gerichte die wir hatten waren seeehr lecker. Besonders die Cacio e Pepe kann ich empfehlen, da hier frische Pasta verwendet wird! Das einzige was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat war das tiramisu, das bestand zu 90% aus mascarpone/creme und hatte fast kein Biscuit/Keks und hat dadurch sehr langweilig geschmeckt und nicht wirklich nach tiramisu. Ansonsten hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen.
