Finalmente un ristorante italiano all'estero che cucina il vero cibo italiano senza mettere aglio e panna ovunque. Il migliore in assoluto. Abbiamo preso le tagliatelle al ragù, rigorosamente fatte a mano, davvero ottime così come la cacio e pepe. I prezzi sono abbastanza alti ma la qualità c'è tutta. Buono il servizio. il giovane proprietario molto gentile. Consigliatissimo!!!

Fuimos gracias a la recomendación de la recepcionista del Hotel Edén (Mis padres hablaron con ella). Llegamos y nos atendió un paisano nuestro de España en concreto de Galicia. Nos atendió de manera fenomenal en todo momento y también la chica y el chico que estaban con el. La única pega es que el aire acondicionado estaba roto en plena ola de calor y no podíamos comer Pizza, ya que si enchufan el horno no se podía estar ahí. Lo pasamos un poco mal con el calor, pero fue resistible. Terminamos eligiendo Pasta y en mi caso elegí una Cacio e Pepe estaba muy deliciosa, me recordaba cuando fui el año pasado a la Trastévere en Roma que comí el mismo plato. El día que regrese a Ámsterdam volveré a este sitio. Tened un detalle con la recepcionista del Hotel Edén por la recomendación ;). Un fuerte abrazo desde Llíria (Valencia) España.
