Nunca había ido a un sitio de cocina de autor, y me ha maravillado. Se nota que detrás de cada plato hay una idea y la ejecución es muy buena. Pero lo que más destaco es la atención de los dueños, junto a su cercanía, y lo encantador del sitio. Una experiencia que recomiendo al 100 %, si os queréis iniciar en este tipo de restaurantes que distan de los tradicionales, siendo muy accesible económicamente.

Wasamole es una experiencia increíble, empezando por la atención y terminando por la espectacular comida. Pedimos 5 platos, entre otros destacaría la corvina, el tartar y el curry. El precio fue unos 100€ la pareja que para la calidad que ofrecen está genial

Inventive cuisine, and high quality dishes. Service is outstanding. Great atmosphere in Mercado Central. We visit often and are always looking forward to returning. The chef creates a magnificent fusion of Asian and Mexican cuisine. Thank you!
