Hemos cenado como Reyes. Las croquetas buenísimas, las bravas riquísimas y una marinera cargada de ensaladilla que estaba deliciosa. De principal un entrecot trinchado y con patata a lo pobre y un tataki de atún brutaly la carne espectacular. La atención de Noelia ha sido de 10. Sin duda un gran descubrimiento y volveremos seguro.

En Bailén 17 la experiencia gastronómica se convierte en un auténtico placer para los sentidos. Desde el primer bocado, cada plato sorprende por su cuidado en la presentación y, sobre todo, por la calidad de los sabores. Las patatas bravas merecen una mención especial: originales, distintas y con un toque muy peculiar que las hace inolvidables. Los gyozas al vapor estaban simplemente deliciosos, llenos de frescura y sabor a mar. El tartar de salmón, delicado y sabroso, y el calamar a la plancha, en su punto justo, elevaron aún más la experiencia. Otro acierto fueron las alcachofas con jamón crujiente, un contraste perfecto entre la suavidad de la verdura y la intensidad del jamón. La tapa de pulpo y la mini hamburguesa de Angus no se quedaron atrás, demostrando la versatilidad y creatividad de la cocina de este lugar. El broche de oro llegó con los postres, abundantes y sorprendentes. Entre ellos, el paparajote murciano fue el protagonista indiscutible: un dulce fuera de lo común, que enamora por su originalidad y sabor. En definitiva, Bailén 17 es mucho más que un restaurante: es un rincón donde tradición e innovación se encuentran para regalar momentos memorables. De très bons tapas gastronomiques présentés sous forme de trompe l'œil. Le chef a vraiment du talent et le service était rapide. Même si l'endroit est cosy/chic il y a de l'espace et nous étions a l'aise de venir avec nos enfants.
