Decidí probar este sitio por sus reseñas y la verdad es que ha sido todo un acierto, hacia mucho tiempo que no encontraba un sitio con tan buena calidad a un precio tan asequible. Además de que la dueña es súper agradable, también tiene unas manos de oro para la cocina. Nosotros hemos probado la berenjena rellena de ibérica, wonton con chile, unos tallarines con carrillera (plato fuera de carta que estaba buenísimo) y la estrella que ha sido el arroz con cerdo guisado Taiwanés (que me hubiera comido dos platos enteros). Los postres también buenísimos, tarta de queso (a quien le guste no se puede ir sin probarla) y el brownie.

¿Por dónde empiezo? Este sitio hay que probarlo😍 Desde la llamada para reservar ya he podido apreciar la amabilidad y la atención al detalle de este lugar, bueno, este lugar es ella, la dueña. El local es sencillo y acogedor, la música suave te invita a relajarte y disfrutar de la comida y la maravillosa atención. Hemos probado varios platos a compartir, y mis padres y yo estamos de acuerdo en que han destacado los dumplings(los 3 sabores), el caldo dorado con wonton de gambas, los tallarines frios con sésamo, la berenjena🤤, y el tofu picante (gracias por insistir en que lo teníamos que probar, nos ha encantado☺️) El equlibrio de sabores, texturas, picante, y la frescura era ideal. Se nota el mimo en las elaboraciones y lo casero que es todo. El cariño con el que te aconseja, te guía, y cuida de tu experiencia la dueña(se nos ha olvidado preguntarle el nombre😅)es de 10, la chica está en todo, a nosotros nos ha ganado. Es un lugar y un proyecto con alma, y esperamos que siga así. Tenía muchas ganas de probarlo y ha sido un acierto, ¡volveremos!
