Our fist visit. The croquetas were heavenly 👌 Like someone had picked a cloud from the sky that had been slightly crisped by the sun. The solomillo had a smoky flavour and perfectly grilled. The lubina melted in the mouth and the garnish was full of flavour. We will be back!

Es un grandísimo sítio, no lo conocíamos y nos ha sorprendido. Mi pareja y yo hemos trabajado en cocinas bastante importantes y conocemos de primera mano la manera de trabajar, equipos, elaboraciones, etc. Lo primero de todo, la atención y servicio por parte de la camarera un 10, todo muy cuidado y que te atiendan con simpatía y amabilidad dice mucho ya. Por la parte de calidad de producto, elaboración/cocinado otro 10. El chef, que solo está él, cocina con cocina abierta en la que puedes ver en todo momento cómo te prepara lo que has pedido. La habilidad y control que tiene para cocinar el producto no es de un restaurante cualquiera, estamos hablando de un chef con una experiencia brutal. Una rapidez en la elaboración y emplatado que no es lo común encontrar. Se nota que lo hace con mimo, un trabajo muy limpio, todo muy muy bueno, todo en su punto. Tanto el solomillo (el solomillo que te pone es un solomillo de verdad, no lo que te ponen en los demás sítios), como el atún rojo perfectos de cocción tal cuál lo pedimos. Sin duda alguna repetiremos muchas más veces, nos ha encantado.
