Ha bajado mucho la calidad del servicio y lo pinchos un día están bien y otro no. Pero lo que realmente me ha molestado, es ver cómo se le caían todos los cubiertos al suelo a una camarera y luego los pusiera en el bote nuevamente para que los clientes los sigan cogiendo. El restaurante estaba lleno y la acción la vimos varias personas. Ya es una cuestión de seguridad sanitaria. Una mujer se lo recriminó a una de las empleadas, pero pasó de ella y luego he ido a hablar personalmente con la responsable recriminando lo que había hecho y después una actitud chula, ha cogido el bote de cubiertos y lo ha llevado a la cocina (que seguramente no habrán la lavado). Si se te caen los cubiertos, no pasa nada con meterlos en el lavavajillas, pero con esa acción, arruinas la imagen de la empresa, yo no vuelvo y dejas serías dudas de lo que pasa dentro de la cocina donde nadie puede ver.
