Une paella conforme aux attentes. Un temps d’attente un peu long par rapport aux autres restaurants faits dans la ville. Je retire une étoile pour le rabattage permanent des serveuses … nous sommes venus pour les notes et la cuisine, pas pour un spectacle de rabattage de clients … la serveuse peut même arrêter de vous écouter en pleine prise de commande si elle flaire d’autres clients potentiels !
