Visitar El Caldero ha sido como sentirse en casa desde el primer momento. El trato cercano y amable de Jordi hace que la experiencia sea cálida y acogedora, como si te recibieran unos amigos. Y qué decir de la cocina de David… ¡simplemente espectacular! Cada plato está lleno de sabor, con ese toque especial que lo hace único. Si buscáis un lugar donde comer bien y sentiros como en familia, no os lo podéis perder. El Caldero es de esos sitios a los que uno siempre quiere volver.

Visité este restaurante en Alicante para probar la paella y me encantó la experiencia. Recomiendo mucho llamar y reservar antes de ir, porque a la hora de la comida el restaurante estaba lleno de gente. Probé el arroz con mariscos y estaba delicioso. También el bacalao, muy sabroso, y la ensalada de mariscos, que resultó riquísima. Todo con un ambiente muy acogedor. Quiero agradecer especialmente Jorge por su trato tan atento y amable. ¡Un lugar al que sin duda volveré!
