El mejor carpaccio de vaca que he probado. Carne muy bien tratada y de calidad suprema, servida por un equipo amable y muy competente. Platos originales,muy bien elaborados... En fin, experiencia sobresaliente que repetiremos sin lugar a duda. Agradecer el trato cercano por parte del equipo Baka, unos grandes profesionales que saben muy bien con el género que trabajan.
