Alquilamos dos motos de agua y desde el primer momento comunicamos que solo íbamos a usar una, pidiendo la devolución de la otra reserva. A pesar de que la segunda moto nunca se utilizó, ni se movió ni gastó gasolina, se negaron a devolvernos el dinero, excusándose en que “no era su culpa”. Me parece una gestión muy poco profesional y nada orientada al cliente, ya que lo razonable habría sido reembolsar al menos la reserva de la moto no utilizada. Una experiencia lamentable, no volveremos ni lo recomendamos. Y encima se permiten el lujo de contestar diciendo que la moto estaba ahí disponible y que no la pudieron vender a otros para excusarse,si éramos 3 personas ! Y había 6 motos preparadas. cuando todos los empleados que estaban allí alucinaban que si no se iba a utilizar la moto no nos devolviesen el dinero.Y allí mismo solicitamos la devolución , no al día siguiente .Asi que dejaos de chuletones y billetes de avión y sed profesionales que os quedasteis los 140€ por la cara. Estafa total.
