Endlich habe ich es auch hierhin geschafft und es war auch der perfekte Zeitpunkt: Mittwoch um 18 Uhr, draussen bewölkt, vor mir waren wenige Kunden und dank ihnen konnte ich auch gleich sehen, wie die gefüllten Chimney Cakes aussehen (ein Kunstwerk für sich!). Ich selbst habe mich für klassischen Zimt-Zucker entschieden und kann es nur empfehlen, wenn man es simpel halten möchte. Als jemand, der Baumstriezel vorher nicht kannte, hat meine Meinung dazu vielleicht weniger Gewicht (keine Vergleiche), aber: ein Freund, der Baumstriezel aus seiner Kindheit kennt, meinte, es schmecke genau wie früher :-) Das freut mich natürlich sehr zu hören, vor allem, weil andere euch schon dasselbe gesagt haben. Authentisches Essen aus anderen Kulturen ist immer ein grosser Mehrwert für eine Stadt – danke, dass ihr Zürich mit eurem Handwerk und freundlichem Service bereichert! 🤎

Great Kurtos, probably the only place in Switzerland that specializes in chimney cakes. Good taste, friendly atmosphere, recommended.

Sehr freundlicher Service, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet, absolut empfehlenswert! Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist, dass der Platz etwas begrenzt ist und wenn es draussen kalt ist, kann man dort leider nicht essen. Trotzdem lohnt sich ein Besuch auf jeden Fall wir kommen gerne wieder.
