Ein verborgenes Juwel, das mir wärmstens empfohlen wurde – und ich bin dankbar dafür! Für ein Kundenessen reserviert, hat sich dieses charmante, unscheinbare Lokal als wahre Entdeckung entpuppt. Vom ersten Moment an herrschte eine heimelige, entspannte Atmosphäre, die den gesamten Abend über anhielt. Das Restaurant ist klein, aber ausgesprochen fein. Die frischen, regionalen Zutaten sprechen für sich, und die Gerichte werden mit spürbarer Raffinesse und Liebe zum Detail zubereitet. Besonders gefällt mir das Tavolata-Sharing-Konzept – gemeinsam verschiedene Speisen zu probieren, ohne sich für ein einzelnes Gericht entscheiden zu müssen, ist einfach wunderbar. Auch die Tatsache, dass es keine klassische Speisekarte gibt, sondern man sich überraschen lassen darf, macht den Besuch zu einem Erlebnis. Kulinarisch ist wirklich alles empfehlenswert: die Parmigiana, das Fritto Misto, sämtliche Pastakreationen und das zart, buttrige Steak waren absolute Highlights. Zum krönenden Abschluss: das Millefeuille und das Mango-Sorbet. Der Wein war ausgezeichnet, die Bedienung herzlich, aufmerksam und familiär – man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Ein kleiner Hinweis: die Portionen sind eher klein, daher lohnt es sich, frühzeitig genug zu bestellen, bevor die Küche schliesst. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr fair. Man spürt in jedem Detail, dass dieses Restaurant mit viel Herzblut und Leidenschaft geführt wird. Die Besitzer sind präsent, nahbar und sorgen mit ihrer charmanten Art für eine rundum gelungene Stimmung. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Besuch!
