Authentisch und gemütlich. Es war eines der wenigen (wenn nicht sogar das einzige) wirklich japanische Restaurant in Zürich. Kein Rumgehippstere, kein Verschweizerung der Gerichte. Eine wahre Schande, dass das Takano schliessen musste. Ich war 20 Jahre ein treuer Kunde.
