Liebes Rosi Team WOW Was ein Abend Es ist der perfekte mix aus cool und elegant. Die Starter könnten besser nicht von der Aromenwelt getroffen sein Frisch spanend und auf den Punkt. Man kriegt direkt Lust auf mehr! mein Highlight war die Brotzeit ganz lässig direkt auf den Tisch angerichtet mit Gemüse zum dippen die absolut sinn machen und Brezel mit verschiedenen Tunken. Traumhaft! danach ein top Gericht nach dem anderen hervorzuheben der Fitnessteller eine super Jus mit wunderbarer Tiefe und Umami. Die Kässpatzen auf den Punkt abgeschmeckt. und das Cordon Bleu Käsig und super unterstützt durch die Preiselbeere die das ganze sehr leicht und auf eine Art erfrischend macht. Service top genau da wen man ihn braucht und sehr zuvorkommend. Ein sehr stimmiger Abend.
