Sehr bekannt offenbar für die Cordon Bleu - es gibt sicher 20 Sorten. Auch für meinen Geschmack nicht sontolle Kombinationen mit Ananas und so. Nicht meins, aber ist ja Geschmackssche. Die Appenzeller Version war super (mit Mostbröckli und Appenzeller Käse). Bedienun sehr freundlich, zu beginn sehr voll und etwas laut.
