Gedankenversunken ging ich in die Pizzeria , um mir Dürüms (Take Away) zu bestellen - vor einigen Jahren stand dort in der Nähe noch ein Kebap-Imbiss. Der Pizzaiolo bereitete mir drei Dürüms, indem er den Pizzateig extrafein rollte und es genau so füllte, wie ich es wünschte. Als ich in die Speisekarte blickte und der Pizzaiolo kurz daraufhin die riesigen Dürüms in einer grossen Pizzaschachtel überbrachte, realisierte ich erst, dass ich in einer Pizzeria gelandet war. Wir haben beide herzlich über die Situation gelacht - eine solche Flexibilität und Freundlichkeit finde ich in der heutigen Zeit unglaublich! Was die Qualität der Dürüms betrifft: Ich habe noch nie bessere gegessen. Das Fleisch qualitativ hochstehend und der Teig ein Traum! Danke Herr Pizzaiolo!
