Un ristorante misto italo-svizzero assolutamente genuino e di alta qualità. Il proprietario è una persona molto cordiale e di grande dedizione al suo lavoro. Torneremo sicuramente, più volte. L’ambiente interno forse è un pochino datato, ma non ha alcuna importanza di fronte alla grande bontà dei piatti. Molto piacevole l’area dei tavoli esterni.

Wir wurden äusserst freundlich und sympathisch begrüsst und wir durften uns einen Tisch aussuchen. Die Einrichtung schlicht mit ein paar Italienischen Bilder an den Wänden. Ich persönlich hätte gerne auf dem Tisch einen weissen Läufer oder ein Tischtuch gehabt. Aber das ist ein Detail und nicht wichtig. Das Essen war Italia pur! Einfach spitze wie die Pasta zubereitet wurde. Da sind echte italienische Profis am Werk. Alles war gut gewürzt, die Pasta al Dente (Spagh. Carbonara & Penne Norma) wie es sein soll, die Guanciale leicht knusprig bei jedem Bissen ahhhhhh und alles frisch und auch schön angerichtet, einfach perfekt!
