Service is great, however food looks good, taste low grade canned type food. I had soggy salad, some kinda spam ham thing, soggy fish nuggets (the only tasted ok thing on the plate). So surprisingly in Zurich, to have low quality food. Regretfully coming here to eat, I was hungry & ate this bad food. Feel like throwing up now. Worse than eating junk food. **** update**** The above is food from 1st counter, select food from inner counters, real swiss, top quality. Total contrast.
