Meistens sind die Bowls super, selten ist der Reis pampig. Was aber leider klar negativ auffällt, ist dass die Portionen klar kleiner geworden sind als früher. Als ich eine Mitarbeitende darauf angesprochen habe, dass im Kaisin bei der Hardbrücke die Bowls bis zum Deckel gut gefüllt sind (sprich viel voller als im Talacker), hat sie gemeint, dies mache halt jede Filiale anders. Auf meine Entgegnung, dass aber jede Filiale die gleichen Preise habe und ich bei einer Restaurantkette mit gleichen Preise auch die gleiche Portionengrösse erwarte, hat sie nur mit den Schultern gezuckt... Schade und enttäuschend.
