Hatte einen Bananensplit und er war sehr gut! Überascht war ich, dass ich nicht wie bei anderen Gelaterien einfach eine ganze Banane am Stück bekommen habe sondern dass sie tranchiert und gut am Boden verteilt war. Rahm und Schockosauce war auch genug vorhanden. War sehr zufrieden, ich wurde auch schnell bedient und bezahlen ging auch sehr schnell. Allerdings war es zu dem Zeitpunkt auch noch nicht zu voll.

I could only order ice cream from the outside bar instead of ordering from a waiter. Even if I obviously wanted to sit on the chairs outside. We weren’t even offered water. I didn’t find the place friendly. Even the girl taking the orders at the outside bar wasn’t attentive and she didn’t seem to be happy doing her job.

Ich muss gestehen, dass der Service und die Kundenbetreuung hier in der Schweiz, besonders in der Gastronomie, oft sehr schwierig sind. Aber ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Moment mit vielen Lachern mit dem jungen Mann, der uns bedient hat. Er ist sehr sympathisch und arbeitet äußerst effizient. Er hat meine Mutter, die bereits sehr betagt ist, zur Toilette begleitet, und das hat mich sehr zufrieden gestellt. Es ist schon lange her, dass ich mich in einem gastronomischen Betrieb hier so gut bedient gefühlt habe. Trotz vieler Arbeit – und ich habe bemerkt, dass er allein war – war er immer sehr freundlich zu allen. Herzlichen Glückwunsch! Ich habe seinen Namen vergessen, aber er trug ein Namensschild für neue Mitarbeiter, und ich glaube, er stammt aus Lateinamerika.
