This was the best meal I had in Switzerland. Just amazing food, very creative. Nice atmosphere on the sidewalk and great service too.

We stumbled across this hidden gem in the old town of Zurich and safe to say we were not disappointed! The food was really good, but the service was even better. I think the young girl was called Tanya and she did an amazing job really making this a wonderful culinary experience. She knew everything by heart and made great recommendations. I haven’t felt so welcomed in a long time. Would definitely come back and recommend this place!

Bestes Fisch-Restaurant in Zürich und Umgebung! Während meines Aufenthaltes bin ich ein 2. Mal in das Frisk Fish gegangen, das in Niederndorf in der Fußgängerzone (Altstadt von Zürich) liegt. Von außen ahnt man nicht, wie gepflegt und gemütlich innen der Gastraum als auch die Waschräume sind. Die Karte mit dem Fokus auf Fisch-Speisen ist klein, aber sehr fein. Der Fisch ist äußerst delikat zubereitet - egal ob Jakobsmuscheln in einer feinen Blumenkohl-Suppe (ich würde sie sogar eher als Bisque bezeichnen) oder das Lachstartar auf Krokant oder Dorsch mit Ei u. Gemüse (Ei und Gemüse erkennt man nicht wieder - interessante Zubereitung). Alles auf höchstem Niveau! Umwerfend ist die Champagner- und Weinkarte, die von Emily, die die Seele der Gamper Bar war, betreut wird. Da hat man die Qual der Wahl, wird aber von dem kompetenten Team gut beraten. Auch für den nicht Fisch-Esser gibt es etwas zu essen. Fazit: Super Location im Stadtzentrum von Zürich, wo man in ruhigem Ambiente innen (im Sommer auch vor dem Restaurant - dort trubeliger) essen gehen kann - auch als Geschäftsessen sehr geeignet.
