If you want great ice cream, amazing service, and friendly staff; I highly recommend Dieci in Zürich. All of the staff speak German, Italian, French, and English. So no worries of a language barrier :) There is no other ice cream shop that beats Dieci!

Wowwww, I'm pleasantly surprised by the delicious high-quality matcha latte! I've tried matcha in many places but I'm finally convinced where I can return to for a luscious cup of green calm. The milk foam was perfect, creamy, tiny nano bubbles and not too hot. Well: perfect! I'm also delighted because there was no bitterness st all. Y. is always in a friendly joyful good mood and obviously not only serves yummy gelato with a lot of Italianità but also sublime milk foam and matcha. Now I have to try a coffee soon, too.
