In Didi's Frieden stimmt einfach alles: Spannende, saisonale Karte, wunderschönes Ambiente, charmante Kellner. Erstklassige Gastronomie voller Herzlichkeit. Ob Klassiker wie Wienerschnitzel mit leckerem Kartoffel-Gurkensalat oder Bio-Rindfleisch mit frischen Eierschwämmen: Alles schmeckt so lecker, dass man am liebsten den Teller ausschlecken würde. Haben wir nicht getan... obwohl wir uns so wohl gefühlt haben, dass wir fast vergessen haben, wo wir sind und was sich gehört. Ach, und dann noch was zur Geräuschkulisse: Wir konnten uns in aller Ruhe unterhalten, mussten uns nicht anschreien und wurden nicht von Sound ab Stange beschallt. Die Akustik ist herrlich angenehm, selbst bei vollem Restaurant. Also mein Rat: Hingehen und geniessen. Es lohnt sich.
