Zum wiederholten Mal besuchten wir das Anna, und es war wie immer ein wunderbares Erlebnis. Das Ambiente ist sehr herzlich und stilvoll, und die Gerichte begeistern nicht nur durch ihre raffinierten Geschmackskombinationen und -überraschungen, sondern auch durch ihre wunderschöne Präsentation. Besonders schätzen wir die stimmigen Weinempfehlungen, die spannenden Erklärungen zur Zubereitung und Herkunft der Produkte und die Begeisterung, mit der all dies vermittelt wird. Man spürt die Liebe zum Detail, grosse Fachkenntnis und echte Leidenschaft. Nachträglich liebe Grüsse an Maria. Wir konnten uns dieses Mal leider nicht persönlich von dir verabschieden, weil du gerade an einem anderen Tisch deine Freude und dein Wissen geteilt hast. Ein grosser Dank geht auch an deine Kolleginnen, die uns auf ebenso liebenswürdige wie kompetente Weise betreut haben, sowie natürlich an Stefano und sein grossartiges Küchenteam. Es ist genau so, wie es auf der Webseite steht: Worte werden dem nicht gerecht, was die Sinne im Anna erwartet – das muss man in Echt erleben.
