夏季は日曜日の夜20-23時しかやっておらず、行くのは諦めていましたが、8/1はスイス建国記念日（祝日）ということで、特別に11-23時で営業していました。かなり幸運でした。 >入場橋を渡ると道が二手に分かれ、サウナの場合は左手に進みます。中にあるフロントで31スイスフランを支払いました。デポジットとしてIDを求められましたが、持っておらず困っていたところ、ホステルのカードキーでOKにしてくれました。その場でロッカーに使う南京錠と鍵を受け取ります。共用の脱衣所は地下にあり、空いているロッカーに荷物を入れて、南京錠で閉めます。鍵には止めピンが付いており、それでバスタオルに取り付けます。 >サウナこのときは男女共用サウナが２部屋稼働していました。温度は80℃と少し低かったですが、MAX10人ぐらいの狭い部屋なのでセルフロウリュウすれば十分に熱くなります。ここの醍醐味として、水風呂としてチューリッヒ湖があります。サウナを出て、チューリッヒ湖に浮かんだり泳いだりする体験は格別でした。この日は、気温20℃、水温16℃程度でちょうど良かったです。少し泳ぐと浮島があり、そこで波に揺られながらウトウトするのも最高でした。ただ整った後、泳いで戻るのは少し寒かったのでご注意ください。また階段も鋭利な部分があるのでご注意ください。私は少し足を切ってしまいました。 5セットした後にチェアーでビールを飲みながらゆっくりしました。ビールは６スイスフランでした。規模は小さいですが居心地がよく４時間弱も滞在してしまいました。 >総評ドイツのアウフグースに合わせてせかせか移動するよりもこうやってのんびりするサウナのほうが良いなと思いました。これがおそらくフィンランド式に近いのですかね？

チューリッヒ湖にある男女混浴（全裸）サウナです。。水風呂はチューリッヒ湖になってます。休憩所のスープが最高でした。
