Ich war jetzt schon oft da und das Kino ist nicht schlecht, jedoch gäbe es einiges zu verbessern. Es gibt zu wenig Personal und das merkte man sehr gut am Tag an dem der Film plötzlich nicht mehr lief, man wurde nicht informiert was los ist oder ob sie es beheben können, man wurde mit einer visitenkarte abgespeist wo man sich melden soll, es betraf mehrere Sääle, wir bekamen dann Gutscheine die 1 Jahr gültig sind. Die Sitze sind zu tief nicht nur für Kinder auch für erwachsene und die Leinwand ist zu weit oben, dann sind die Sitze eindeutig zu wenig gut beschriftet, für Menschen die eine Sehbehinderung haben ist das noch problematischer. Dann sind auch die Preise nicht nachvollziehbar. Die Informationen der Webseite sollten angepasst werden, denn im Kino wird einem gesagt das man 20 Min vor dem Film erst in die Lounge kann aber auf der Webseite steht 30 Min.
