Ein super Ort für Training in aller Ruhe, besonders im Vergleich zu anderen ASVZ Institutionen. Nur die Öffnungszeiten variieren mir zu sehr, wäre froh, wenn diese besonders in den Ferien länger wären und am Montag resp. Sonntag nicht komplett geschlossen wäre.

Great access via public transport, close to things such as the vitaparcours. From what I’ve seen, the beach volleyball/football fields and track are always well maintained. The changing room and showers are also clean every time. Good place to work out.

Sehr angenehmes Fitness, welches sich auf 3 Räume auf drei verschiedenen Stockwerken aufteilt. Dadurch verteilen sich die Leute besser. Besonders toll finde ich den Crossfit-Raum mit seeehr vielen Squat Racks, sodass praktisch immer ein Rack frei ist zum trainieren. Die Parkplätze gehören leider zum Zoo, was bedeutet, dass es an schönen Tagen sehr schwierig ist, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Ansonsten wären die Parkplätze nämlich sehr günstig (je nach Zone 0.50 Fr./h).
