Had spaghetti carbonara with chicken, food was ok, (not worth the £19 though). The bill includes service charge which you are told you can have removed if you want. I personally don't think it should be added in the first place, if you want to leave a tip that's up to you. Some people could be too embarrassed to ask for this to be removed and pay it. It puts people on the spot and some would feel they have to pay when they don't. This in itself, would stop me going here in the future. Overall, ok meal but a bit overpriced for me.
