Good, basic food served efficiency. Had breakfast wrap twice this week with coffee. Used the self service screens. Everything came out quickly and was good quality with friendly service.

Only way to order is from a Mcdonald's style self service screen, coffee had no flavour did not look barista made although paid Barista price. I'm guessing it was just from a machine. Toasted Tea cake very small and crumpled on an extremely hot plate like the plate had been grilled. Will not rush back very fast food of poor quality at a high price.

Since the Clifton Moor Cafe has been refurbished. It has massively gone down hill. The automatic kiosks have taken away the personal service, they're slow at times. If they go down there is no way to pay or order food. Bring back cash payments and maybe your regular customers will return. Won't return till you go back to how it use to be. Personal service, staff look miserable and unhappy and seen many customers complaining about the kiosks.
