Visited as a family, some of us with dietary requirements, and Loopy Scoops didn’t disappoint. Two of us needed vegan options – one had the vegan vanilla ice cream and the other chose a sorbet – while the rest enjoyed a range of dairy ice creams. Everyone, kids and adults alike, loved what they had. The lady who served us was absolutely wonderful – friendly, polite, and couldn’t have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made us feel genuinely welcome. It’s rare to come across service that good. A fantastic little spot right in the heart of York – great ice cream, lovely atmosphere, and something for everyone. We’ll definitely be back!

Called in after walking past quite a few times and being put off by having no seating inside. Took a punt and realised they have upstairs seating and a toilet. Lovely girl serving at the counter and the choice was good. Ice cream was very nice and we will definitely be back
