Really well set out not crammed like some places in stations and it was lovely atmosphere close to our platform. Hot chocolates were delicious and the man behind the counter was really friendly and helpful. We went on with children yesterday teatime and bought meal deals which were all fabulous too. Definitely recommend and will definitely be back when we visit york next.

This is exactly the kind of place you need at a train station. The service is impeccable but also speedy. When you’re short on time and running (literally!) for your train but need a little top up, come here. They’ll take care of you and incredibly quickly, too. You can’t go wrong.
