Fantastic - it was, but standards have dropped. Flower beds have been removed, and the park is now nothing like in the picture. Why ?

Lovely park hidden away with good amenities like a tearoom and toilets, plus a cafe at the hostel next door! Near the river and bus stops on Water End, plus the road leading to Bootham Bar and the city centre. Visited during the carnival and it was good fun and great vibes!
