Eine der wenigen Bäckereien in Franken, bei denen Laugengebäck auch nach Lauge schmeckt! Bei vielen anderen sind das eher weiche Braunbrötchen, als Laugabrötle. Das gleiche gilt für die Brezeln. Super! Vielen Dank, daß es sowas in der Laugendiaspora Franken gibt. Kurzer Nachtrag: Die eine Verkäuferin ist leider fast jedesmal sehr unfreundlich und besserwisserisch. Ändert nichts an der Bewertung, da der Bäcker supi ist und die anderen Verkäuferinnen sehr nett.
