Mein Sohn 8 Jahre war heute Früh bei ditch unter meiner Aufsicht und der Chef hatte ein Telefonat was ja nicht schlimm ist aber nachdem er aufgelegt hat, hat er meinen Sohn bewusst ignoriert und nochmal mit dem Personal für 2 Minuten gesprochen. Es kam kein Hallo oder Guten Morgen. Der Chef dort ist sehr unfreundlich und lässt einen meiner Meinung nach extra lange stehen wenn er keine Lust auf die Kunden hat. Mein Sohn ist zwar jung aber genauso ein Kunde wie eine erwachsene Person.

Ich war heute morgen bei Ditsch und wollte mir ein Gebäck holen. Ich wusste den Namen nicht, also habe ich einfach auf das Stück gezeigt, das ich haben wollte – völlig normal, passiert doch ständig. Aber der Mitarbeiter hat total genervt reagiert und meinte tatsächlich, dass ich das so nicht machen könne. Er müsse extra nochmal nachfragen und dann kam der Spruch: „Das kostet Energie“. Wie bitte? Ich war ehrlich gesagt sprachlos. So ein Verhalten ist einfach unprofessionell und respektlos. Wenn jemand keine Lust auf Kundenkontakt hat, sollte er vielleicht einen anderen Job machen.
