If you're truly searching for a fascinating place to grab a delightful meal, many of the city's old-timers recommend the little restaurant Spiz, located right on the Marketplace. It's a small establishment with smiling waitstaff, delicious food, and simply an incredible variety of beer. While tourists might find the first two traits almost anywhere, the beer situation is much more serious. Spiz contains a small brewery on-site: a tradition that came to Poland from the Czech Republic - here, you can see the beer being brewed, settled, and served to patrons through copper pipes. The place has a large number of local regulars, so it's often packed to the brim. Keep this in mind: if you make it inside, drink and eat as much as you can, because you might not get another chance!

Byłam w Spiżu baaaardzo dawno, wręcz musiałam zaglądnąć, żeby sprawdzić co się zmieniło przez te lata. Klimat ten sam jak sprzed 25 lat, piwo nadal wybornie smakuje, ale .... jest jedno "ale". Kiedyś do piwa serwowano chleb ze smalcem, na świeżo wypieczonej chrupiącej pajdzie, a dzisiaj? Kromka tostowego pieczywa z mdłym czymś, co imitowało smalec i to za jednego złocisza za kanapke.

Birreria al centro di Breslavia antichissima bella molto caratteristica, c'è anche la fabbrica della birra al suo interno. Noi abbiamo mangiato una Snitzel di maiale piatto caratteristico polacco e bevuto un ottima 🍺 lo consiglio. C'è il ristorante ma è d'obbligo la prenotazione, invece c'è un salone più rustico dove trovi posto facilmente....
