First time at yardbird. Cute decor. We came for brunch. Really enjoyed the white peach mimosas. The biscuits are a must have but next time I must try that jalapeno cornbread. I had to send my wagyu burger back bc I specifically asked prior to ordering not to have a runny egg. In general, massive portions. The crème brûlée pancakes were so tasty and the Mac and cheese was very good. I do wish our server was more attentive. Felt like he could have checked in more.

Yardbird is easily a 5 star experience. We recently hosted a company event in one of their semi-private spaces and the atmosphere, service, and food were all excellent. A MAJOR kudos goes to Xavier and Nakijah who took amazing care of our group. They went above and beyond from the start of the event until the end. I especially appreciated their attention to detail and always being five steps ahead–before we could make a request, they were already making it happen. Can't wait to go back!

When in downtown D. C. I highly recommend Yardbird. Less than a 10 minute walk from my hotel. And of course, try the chicken..
