I went to this specific Subway location for the first time today. I will never be returning again. The only person working at the store when I visited was the “manager” who of which did not have a name tag. I attempted to use a coupon for a meal that was applicable under the terms and conditions, however, he claimed otherwise without ever attempting to scan the coupon to attest to his claim. He was very nasty when speaking to me. He was snappy, raised his voice and kept speaking over me. I have NEVER had an experience like this at a Subway before, and have used the same exact coupon for the same meal I ordered prior at other stores without any issues. It seems apparent from past reviews that this same exact man has been working at this location for a while and has gotten away with his treatment of the customers that come in time and time again. He should no longer be working there.
