I love Peet's coffee and what solidified that feel aside from the fantastic coffee. Was that the customer service was outstanding in particular Mia. She made me feel valued as a customer. She was so attentive to my concerns and addressed my issues in a professional manner . She was so polite and kind on how she handled the matter.
