I go to this McDonald's quit often and its always something wrong I've brought breakfast sandwiches on my way to work to only have the meat and no egg and vice versa egg with no meat. This morning I ordered a Chicken McGriddle meal this morning to not get the hash brown...Im glad I checked. The manager was so so nasty acting and she refused to give me the hash brown said I had to go back around the drive thru and reorder just for the hash brown to make it a meal. The McDonald's at eastover is closed so the closet one is here on my way to work. The manager need to learn customer service and not just cater to her own race and treat everyone with fearness. She was rude and uvery unprofessional...I purchased that meal 2 to 3 times a week ..The price is always the same ...for some reason she wanted me to pay for each item separately.

I do not recommend ordering from this particular McDonalds on Marion Barry Avenue in SouthEast DC, Through Uber Eats! Every-time someone from my household has placed an order from them, a whole meal would be missing!!! For instance my Daugther happy meal!! This happened atleast 3 times and is inexcusable!! I’m seeking help from the Franchise owner as this feels personal!!
