Stopped by for a coffee break with a colleague. Good espresso and pastries … congressional offices are near by. It was quiet when we were there - but looks like this place can get busy. Highly recommend.

I ordered group lunchboxes from Le Bon Cafe and they were amazing. Sandwiches were great, nice sweet treat, amazing fruit mix, and potato salad. Really impressed with the elevated lunch box.

This is near the Library of Congress, which made it a wonderful stop on our way from LoC to Air & Space Museum. Celebrations - Staff were friendly. Food was great. We had a strawberry banana smoothie and a piece of coffee cake. Both were delicious. Downside - The size of the cafe is far too small for the popularity. We were there around lunch time on a Friday, which probably added to the crowd, but it was uncomfortably squished inside. Fortunately, the weather was nice, so most of our party stood outside while two people went inside. If we are in the area, we would stop here again for a smoothie while walking to our next destination, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here.
