Ordered online. Used customized options. Got home and they had thrown everything on it anyway. I think they looked at the order and shrugged. Great if you like tomato and oil and red vinegar but garbage if you don't. I redid the whole sub when I got home but there's no eliminating that red vinegar from the bread. Why offer customization if you're just going to do whatever you want anyway?
