Super nice staff. They made a mistake on an order by accident and instead of throwing it away, they offered it to my son. Such a nice gesture. The shop is really clean and offers a friendly atmosphere.

Gong Cha in Georgetown was overall a pretty standard bubble tea experience—nothing particularly special, but it met expectations. Ordering was convenient with two kiosks available, and the drinks tasted just as expected. The interior didn’t feel especially clean, which was a bit of a downside. However, the egg waffle was absolutely perfect—crispy and delicious! I’d definitely come back just for the waffle.

ok hear me out. the boba is perfectly made and makes me crave more so A+. BUT! they CLOSE their bathroom, as in the STORE is open, but their bathroom is CLOSED. im not complaining abt it but bro i cant control my bladder 😭😭😭but still I rllyyyyyyyyyyyyy recommend the boba!!!
