ChopSmith kept coming up in my search, so I decided to give it a try. As someone who loves salads, I was excited to finally check it out. What I liked: • The restaurant wasn’t crowded, and the atmosphere was relaxed. • I enjoyed being able to watch my salad being made behind the glass. • The ingredients looked fresh, and the ChopSmith salad was flavorful and filling. What concerned me: • One employee, while wearing gloves, was touching their face, rubbing their eyes and nose, and then attempted to make my salad. • I requested they change their gloves, which they did, but it made me uncomfortable. • Wearing gloves doesn’t guarantee cleanliness, and this is something staff need to be trained on and reminded of. Recommendation: I would still recommend ChopSmith for the quality of the food, but I urge management to place a stronger focus on hygiene and food safety practices, especially since everything is made in plain view.

I got it from door dash. I paid for two different cheeses. I got one of each maybe. Instead of 4 slices, 2 of each. I also got the outer part of the onion you cannot chew. I asked for extra mayo/sauce. That didn’t happen either. I had to add my own. Other than that, I might order again.
