They changed their stored times from 11pm to 10pm without changing their operation times on google or on the chipotle app. I ordered my food online, they completed the order according to the app, then when I arrived at 10:12pm. They would not let me get my food, because they said that they were "closed" When i contacted Chipotle customer service, they refused to give my money back. Unfortunately, this is the 6th time I have had ordering issues with store in the past, and I am tired of giving them the benefit of the doubt

I don't know why I've come here as long as I have. Truly, truly awful service. When I think about my time in retail, I can't imagine speaking to customers the way we're frequently spoken to here. Every single worker at this location is constantly in a profoundly foul mood. 50/50 chance on whether or not they'll be out of really basic shit. Chipotle, as a whole beyond this location, just isn't as good as it used to be. I'm still spinning from how I was treated this afternoon. One day I'll learn to stop coming here. Unbelievable.

The service at this location has been consistently disappointing. The staff move so quickly that you don’t even have a chance to ask for the ingredients you want, and both the workers and managers show a lack of basic customer service. They’re often rude, dismissive, and unwilling to work with you. This has been an ongoing issue for the past four years. I’ve held back from writing an email because I don’t want to hurt the business, but the truth is the service is unacceptable. They rarely give customers what they ask for, respond with attitude as if it’s not their job, and treat the food carelessly. On top of that, the store is not kept clean. At this point, I don’t understand why people continue to support this location.
