We had the pleasure of going to Chef Geoff on our first night in Washington and Sage was our server. She was very friendly and bubbly, and really gave us the impression she cared about us as well as the restaurant. What was great was that she seemed to know when we needed her and left us alone to enjoy our meal when we didn’t. She really had such a professional attitude.
