It was fine. While I fully appreciate that there is a restaurant that caters first to the Vegetarians and Vegans, I would have hopes that had slightly more variety other than just beans for a protein choice. I also think that (and this is definitely user error) that real cheese was mixed into my quesadillas, even tho I thought I had clicked on the vegan cheese substitute. While I do not have an allergy, I am very lactose intolerant, so it made for an uncomfortable night.

Woa. The tacos were delicious and quite surprisingly balanced in terms of flavor, salt, and acidity. I could’ve eaten 10 in a row. I highly recommend!
