One of the best restaurants my coworkers and I visited frequently it was out go to spot. Great quality food, good customer service and the price was excellent!

My family and I visited DC to visit the museum of the Bible , Capitol bistro looked like it was the only place that offered a viriety near the museum , so we decided to try it , they have a small station that serves made to order omelets , they also have your typical options like eggs , sausage , bacon , and French toast , they have fruit and yogurt and well as oatmeal , plenty of options for tea and coffee and also pastries , it is your typical hotel breakfast plus a few other options , for the price I didn’t think it was worth it at all at $24.95 per person , even if it was buffet style , please note that I did not stay at the hotel that it is apart of which is the holiday inn , we literally just walked in for the restaurant, and because of this we were asked to pay cash , there were no signs up , and I don’t know if that’s actually true or not but , that’s how we paid , we wouldn’t go back but it is very convenient if your going to the museum of the Bible ,

A bit on the pricey side, but they have all you can eat breakfast. It's also convenient if you're staying at the hotel. Our server and hosts were really friendly and attentive. We were a bit confused when we got there, but once you're seated, you are free to get up and get food. The server will help with drink options. Overall, it was a pretty great experience.
